Opening onto the terrace and pool, the ground floor includes a master suite with a double bed, private shower and toilet, a second bedroom with two single beds, a lounge with a large sofa, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with toilet. The sofa can provide sleeping space for 1 adult or 2 children.
Reached from the pool area by an exterior staircase, the first floor includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a terrace with built-in seating, as well as a lounge with a kitchenette, shower and toilet. The large sofa can provide sleeping space for 1 adult or 2 children.
The two floors are not connected internally and each has its own entrance. This layout is ideal for one large family or two families who wish to stay together while retaining their own comfort and privacy. The villa is always rented as a whole, for a maximum of 8 guests.

Fully enclosed and not overlooked, the garden surrounds the pool in a peaceful setting naturally shaded by two large olive trees. It includes three sun loungers with a small side table, a stone barbecue area and a large dining table for 8 guests, ideal for enjoying family meals outdoors. An outdoor shower and toilet are available near the pool. The laundry room also includes a shower and toilet.
13-metre private and secluded pool
At the heart of the villa, the large private pool measures approximately 13 metres, features an L-shaped design and includes a shallower area. Its decorative waterfall and ambient lighting allow guests to enjoy the pool from morning until evening. Visible from the ground-floor lounge, kitchen and master suite, it is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the villa. The pool is regularly maintained by a professional during the season.
The shallower area is not a safety feature. The pool is unsupervised, and children must remain under the constant responsibility and supervision of an adult, both in and around the water.

When is the best time to visit Djerba?
The sea is swimmable from May to October. May-June and September-October offer the best balance: warm, sunny weather, a pleasant sea and far fewer crowds than mid-summer. July-August is high season — the hottest and busiest.
How much does the villa cost?
The villa is rented whole (up to 8 guests), from 500 TND / night in low season and 750 TND / night in high season, directly and with no agency commission. Where is the villa, and is it a good area?
The villa is in Mezraya, on the road to Midoun, in north-east Djerba — a quiet residential area with no overlooking neighbours, a few minutes from the beaches of Mezraya and Sidi Mahrez and halfway between Houmt Souk and Midoun. Ideal for a peaceful stay while staying close to everything. (It is not beachfront: the beach is a few minutes away by car.)
Do I need to rent a car in Djerba?
It is recommended to explore the island freely (around €40-70 per day). From the villa, the beaches and shops of Mezraya and Midoun are only minutes away. Taxis and car-rental agencies are available at Djerba-Zarzis airport, about 18 km away.
How do I book directly and safely, and how far ahead?
