There is no internal connection between the two levels: each part has its own entrance and key. Garden, pool, terraces and barbecue are reserved exclusively for the guests of the booking.

Fully fenced and private, the garden is sheltered by two large olive trees that provide natural shade for much of the day — an ideal space for meals and relaxing as a family.

About 13 linear metres, with a decorative waterfall, RGB lighting and a shallower area suited to children — visible from the living room, the kitchen and the master suite. Maintained by a professional company throughout your stay.
The shallower area does not replace adult supervision: children must remain under the constant supervision of a responsible adult in and around the pool.

When is the best time to visit Djerba?
The sea is swimmable from May to October. May-June and September-October offer the best balance: warm, sunny weather, a pleasant sea and far fewer crowds than mid-summer. July-August is high season — the hottest and busiest.

Where is the villa, and is it a good area?
The villa is in Mezraya, on the road to Midoun, in north-east Djerba — a quiet residential area with no overlooking neighbours, a few minutes from the beaches of Mezraya and Sidi Mahrez and halfway between Houmt Souk and Midoun. Ideal for a peaceful stay while staying close to everything. (It is not beachfront: the beach is a few minutes away by car.)
Do I need to rent a car in Djerba?
It is recommended to explore the island freely (around €40-70 per day). From the villa, the beaches and shops of Mezraya and Midoun are only minutes away. Taxis and car-rental agencies are available at Djerba-Zarzis airport, about 18 km away.
How do I book directly and safely, and how far ahead?
For July-August, book ideally 6 to 8 months ahead. Booking is done directly with Sonia: a WhatsApp conversation, a rental contract and a deposit. The villa is also listed on Airbnb and Booking.com, which confirms it is genuine — but booking direct saves you any commission.
